John has been a Licensed Provider with HeartMath® LLC since 2004.

For more than 18 years, the Institute of HeartMath® has made significant contributions to both the scientific and practical understanding of the physiology of stress, heart-brain interactions and performance. This research has led to the creation of the Award winning emWave Personal Stress Reliever® and emWave® PC – both designed for easy use at home and work.

Since 2004, John has been coaching clients in the effective use of these HeartMath® technologies with teaching approaches customized according to the specific needs of his clients and grounded in more than two decades of experience in working with attention skills development.

John’s programs of teaching include those specifically designed by the Institute of HeartMath, and he also uses HeartMath technologies for his own distinct program of teaching Heart Centric Intelligence™. Using these technologies, you can see in real time how your body responds when you activate your Heart Centric Intelligence.

The process of coming to your own Heart Centric Intelligence is simple. But, while simple, it is not always easy. Whether learning the HeartMath programs or John’s program of Heart Centric Intelligence, effective coaching is important to the learning process, both for children and adults.
