Shamanic Journeying From the Heart

Shamanic journeying is a wonderful tool for connecting with our own soul pathways and supportive guidance, and it is a gift that comes to us from indigenous cultures around the world. However, those cultures are agrarian, and earth based. America is no longer either. To make journeying effective, it is important to anchor our attention in the heart. Doing so not only restores a necessary earth/body connection, but engages the heart as an organ of perception that is guided by our own soul's passion -- a vibratory filter that can be engaged only through the heart field. Anchoring attention in the heart and accurate journeying are skills developed with practice.
